Privacy Policy

• Account data: your email address and an encrypted password (or a Google sign-in identifier if you use Google). No name, phone number, address or date of birth is requested.
• Content you create: saved portfolios, simulation settings, goals, and AI analyses you generate. These are stored against your account only.
• Usage counters: basic counts of how often tools are run, so we can keep the service stable. The app is free and unlimited, so nothing is metered for billing.
• Technical data: standard server logs and error reports needed to keep the service running and secure.

We do not ask for, store or process bank details, brokerage credentials, government identifiers, or real holdings. Everything you enter is a hypothetical modelling input. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Google Ads remains disabled unless you opt in to Analytics & advertising through the cookie banner.

We process account data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), usage counters for the same reason, and technical logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and reliable. Optional analytics, advertising, or preference storage is only used where you give consent, which you can withdraw from the cookie banner or the Cookie Policy page.

Your saved work is private to your account and is protected by database row-level security, so one account cannot read another account's data. Our hosting and database provider processes data on our behalf under its own security commitments. If you connect an AI assistant through our agent integration, only the data you approve at the sign-in screen is shared, and only from your own account. If you consent to Analytics & advertising, Google Ads may process technical and advertising data. Rejecting optional storage keeps its script unloaded.

Account data is kept while your account exists. When you request deletion, your account, saved portfolios, simulations, analyses, roles and message read receipts are permanently removed. Backups age out on a rolling basis within 30 days.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Deletion is self-service on the Account & data settings page and takes effect immediately. For any other request, email privacy@kaylinelem.com and we will respond within 30 days.

The service is intended for people aged 18 or over, or younger users with verifiable parental consent and supervision. If you believe a child has created an account without that consent, contact us and we will remove it.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and show a notice in the app mailbox.
