Refund Policy

Kayline LeM is completely free to use. There is nothing to buy, no subscription, no usage limit and no payment of any kind, so there is nothing that could need refunding.
1. No purchases exist
Every tool on this site — the simulator, portfolios, goals, comparisons, backtests and the tax calculators — is available at no cost to any signed-in account, with unlimited runs. We do not collect card details, we do not operate a checkout, and we never bill you. There is no paid tier, no credit pack and no upsell.
2. If you ever see a charge
Because we do not process payments, any charge claiming to come from Kayline LeM is not ours. Contact your bank, and please also tell us at support@kaylinelem.com so we can investigate.
3. If paid features are added later
If we ever introduce something paid, this page will be updated before it goes live and will state the price, what is included and the refund window in full. Nothing will ever be charged without you choosing it first and seeing the total beforehand.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law of Manitoba, Canada or your country of residence.
